We deliver within 24 hours in Lagos, Port Harcourt and Abuja where we have physical stores, except if an item is not available at the time the order is placed.

Delivery to other parts of the country takes 2 – 4 days depending on the location, and can be made to arrive faster in an emergency within 24 hours through flight cargo and other emergency routes.

We deliver to other African countries, the United States, the UK, Canada and globally within 3 – 7 days through DHL.

We have invested a lot into physical stores, where customers could walk in for a better observation and physical experience to our product quality and services. It costs a lot to maintain a walk in store, but satisfactory service and a closer proximity to our customers are of great value to us. Our offline stores are not just a place to make sales, but hubs to diagnose our customers needs. A place to identify customers choice of fabrics and designs. Our offline stores are also hubs for sizing confirmation and measurements registration for future purchases.
